Training in Ivory Learning Academy involves different training
methods such as lectures, discussion, brainstorming, Case
studies and Role play; it also involve the use of Presentation
slides & notes with Microsoft PowerPoint, Exercises &
Evaluation, practical applications using modern learning accessories,
such as projectors, computer network and e-learning connectivity.
TRAINING VENUE
We have a fully equipped training facility at our Abuja Office,
but training can be carried out at other locations within
or outside Abuja as the case demands.

FEEDBACK & REPORT
After the training sessions, we conduct an assessment to
gain feedback on content, approach, trainee’s comprehension,
training environment and the trainer. This is to ensure we
meet our own objectives and high service standards. A comprehensive
report is sent thereafter to all the participating organizations
as follow-up.
MANAGEMENT
• The Adviser In-Chief to the Board is Dr.
Evans E. Woherem, an alumnus of Harvard Business
School. He holds a PhD in Expert Computer Systems and Masters
Degree in Economics. He was the former Executive Director
(IT & Resources) First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Former Chairman,
Interswitch Nig Ltd and currently Executive Director (Operations)
in Unity Bank Plc. He is a fellow of a number of reputable
Institutes in IT and Electrical Electronics Engineering.
• The Chairperson is Mrs. Margaret Woherem.
She started her career as Data Analyst in British Airport
Authority (BAA) in 1990. She joined the workforce of Working
Mothers’ Association for one year between 1993 and 1994
and later moved to Crown Agents where she worked as an Administrative
Assistant for one year before becoming a TV presenter at Medic
Air, SABC between 1995 and 1996. She is presently the Chairperson/CEO
of Ivory Learning Academy Limited and Editor-in-Chief of ICT
Today Magazine.
• The Training & Research Manager is Mr.
Chibogu Okolugbo, a graduate of Business Administration
from the University of Benin, Edo State with a great flair
for teaching and facilitation. He is a CMD (Center for Management
Development) Certified Trainer and a Microsoft Office User
Specialist/Trainer. He has been involved in the development
and execution of training programmes for Ivory Learning Academy
in the last couple of years.
